Receptionist -

A friendly, courteous smiling person who makes you, your clients and your customers feel welcome.

Desk -

Most of our agents office from their homes. However, should you require a desk when you're in our office, one will gladly be made available to you. A desk announces to others that you are an important, valued member of Stephens Properties. That you are a full-time professional. That you belong.

Telephone -

A full-time, real estate professional expects a full-service phone system. One capable of voice mail, follow-me forwarding, after hours automated attendant and other typical, state-of-the-art phone system features

Appointment Desk -

Maintaining an inventory of market-priced listings is essential. Just as important, is a system to schedule appointments with other agents as well as your own, 7 days a week!

MLS Access -

Today's residential real estate office must provide computerized access to the MLS (newer and faster = better).

Computer Access -

Being connected is an essential component of today's real estate practice. The real estate office must provide a suite of computer applications for e-mail, word-processing, publishing, and many other functions in addition to MLS access.

Conference Rooms -

Your discussions are (legally) confidential. Adequate facilities should be maintained that are conducive to such discussions.

Accessible Broker -

You are a fiduciary of the Broker for your firm. He or she, in turn, is a fiduciary of the client. When needed, you must have a broker or designated company officer who is accessible when you need answers in a "critical" situation - usually when you're "in the field".
